WHICH PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Klarna and other secure payment options. You can simply choose the method that feels most comfortable for you at checkout.
MY PAYMENT DID NOT GO THROUGH. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
No worries. Please check your card details, try a different payment method or contact your bank. If the issue continues, our team will be happy to help you.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR MY ORDER?
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you do not see it, please check your junk or spam folder. If it is still missing, please contact us. we will be happy to assist you.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We work quickly. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to make changes or cancel it. Once your order has been sent, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?
If your order has not yet been processed, we will gladly update the address for you. Please get in touch with us as soon as you can, and we will do our best to help.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to follow your parcel’s journey right to your door.
MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please check your tracking link for the latest updates. If the estimated delivery time has passed, please contact us and we will look into it for you right away.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER?
Oh dear! Please check your tracking information first - your order may have been sent in more than one parcel. If something still seems to be missing, let us know and we will sort it out for you.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days.
Please email atelier@alderandloom.com to request a return.
Items should be in their original condition: unused, with tags and in the original packaging.
If you would like a refund, the return postage is at your own cost and is not reimbursed.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER?
Delivery times depend on your location. Once the warehouse has dispatched your order, you will receive a tracking link to follow your parcel. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 9 working days, depending on the destination.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
At the moment, we only ship within UK & Europe. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unfortunately not able to deliver there yet - but we are working on expanding soon.
WHICH COURIER SERVICE DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING ORDERS?
We work with trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, DHL and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The courier used depends on your location and will be shown in your shipping confirmation.
