SHIPPING POLICY
Below you will find an overview of our shipping costs per country, estimated delivery times, information about the couriers we use, and how to track your order. Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. are processed within two working days.
Processing time:
Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.
Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a link to your tracking information. This allows you to easily follow your parcel and see when it is expected to arrive.
Note:
The couriers handle parcels with care. However, external factors such as customs checks or carrier delays may affect delivery times. We recommend checking your order within 24 hours of delivery and contacting us promptly if you experience any issues.
Delivery time:
Our delivery time is estimated at 7–9 business days. Please note that this is an approximate timeframe and may vary depending on your location and any customs delays.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at atelier@alderandloom.com to receive return instructions.
Returns are processed by our international warehouse. The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
Customs & import fees
Please note: Depending on your country's customs regulations, additional import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees may apply. These costs are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer. All orders are shipped directly from our international warehouse located outside the European Union. This enables us to offer a wide range of products at competitive prices.
